TEACHING
PHILOSOPHY

I encourage new students to not be afraid to explore material choices when building their language in visual arts. In the studio, Intermediate level students explore a wide range of painting techniques, methods, and applications ranging from representational art to abstraction. Advanced students will finish the program by working under a specific theme and create a cohesive body of work for their portfolio review day.
